MSU-IIT Freshmen Admission Requirements for AY 2021-2022

For those who wish to study in 淘料视频, Iligan City, the following are the primary requirements for admission, to be uploaded in the MSU-IIT Admission Application Portal at /apply:

For graduating senior high school students:

1. ID picture recently taken (2x2, high resolution, white background)

2. Grade 11 Report Card (with complete grades from 1^st and 2^nd semesters)

3. Grade 12 Report Card (with complete grades from 1^st semester)

4. Certificate from school stating rank in Grade 11 class

For senior high school graduates and have not enrolled in a tertiary school or university:

1. ID picture recently taken (2x2, high resolution, white background)

2. Grade 11 Report Card (with complete grades from 1^st and 2^nd semesters)

3. Grade 12 Report Card (with complete grades from 1^st and 2^nd semester)

4. Certificate from school stating rank in the list of graduates

For senior high school graduates and have enrolled in a tertiary school or university:

1. ID picture recently taken (2x2, high resolution, white background)

2. Transcript of Records (for evaluation)

For life-long learners/graduates of the old non- K-12 high school and have not enrolled in tertiary school or university:

1. ID picture recently taken (2x2, high resolution, white background)

2. High school Report Card

For life-long learners/graduates and have enrolled in tertiary school or university:

1. ID picture recently taken (2x2, high resolution, white background)

2. Transcript of Records (for evaluation)

Application period starts on April 19, 2021.
