2nd Call for Papers for the 11th Annual in-House Review (AIHR) of Research and Development Projects

TO: All Deans and Directors of Academic Units

SUBJECT: 2nd Call for Papers for the 11th Annual in-House Review (AIHR) of Research and Development (R&D) Projects

Please be reminded of the forthcoming11th AIHR scheduled on June, 2013. All Institute-based researchers are hereby encouraged to present outputs from their (a) completed, b) on-going, and c) thesis/dissertation-based researches. For Institute funded R&D projects, researchers are required to present the progress/results of their respective research projects. Please be reminded that the AIHR is a pre-requisite for endorsing papers for participation in national/international R&D forums. Furthermore, quality entries will be published in special issues of the Mindanao Forum.

To facilitate the conduct of the AIHR please be guided by the following:

Only R&D projects conducted in the last three years will qualify for presentation covering all areas of specialization;
Follow the attached NOMCARRD paper presentation format;
Schedule of submission;

Activity Deadline

Submission of paper abstract May 31, 2013

Submission of 6 hard copies & 1 soft copy May 31, 2013
No paper will be allowed for presentation without submission of soft and hard copies whether competing or not; and
There will be no extension for the set deadlines in the submission of requirements.
