QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Licensed chemical engineer and/or chemical technician
• With earned units in MS Environmental Engineering or a closely-related field from a reputable university
• Preferably with at least 2 years teaching experience handling environmental engineering courses

1. Duly accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized ID pictures and thumb mark affixed on the space provided together with the Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
4. Photocopy of Diploma;
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Training/s
6. Certificate of Employment; (if applicable);
7. Service Record; 
8. Resume (5 copies)
